   And welcome to the forum
   Please make sure you are using AOL Version 9 and then on INTERNET EXPLORER go to the tools section / INTERNET OPTIONS Then click on the CONNECTION TAB Then tick the box NEVER DIAL A CONNECTION. This should fix this problem for you if not then post back
