AOL Problems

    My boss recently bought a Packard Bell Laptop. Came into work this morning and AOL tried to automatically install on his machine. This apparently a 'service' that Packard Bell offers. Any ideas on removing ALL traces of AOL, it's proving difficult as even manual deletion is not working.
