    AOL rrlite or dial-up?

AOL's RRlite/cable at 24.95 one which goes at 758kbps I think. I still owe TW so I don't know if I can get it through them, which has the better deal. I would personally go with a dsl service cause it is faster IMO and cheaper. I can't though cause SBC ownes the lines and I have a local phone service provider, so I can't get dsl from anyone. Does anyone know if there is another way besides sat. and TW. I hate having to pay the 19.99 price for installation. I kinda think paying this much for 758 is insane and am thinking of just getting dial-up. I have not used it in a long time and currently am trying peoplepc which is so so so slow. I can't do a freaking thing with there service. How much of a difference would the 758 over dial up make when dl movies or music or whatever? I hate SBC right now a lot. Anyone got some input? (I will try to go with TW but they say I owe and I don't for my old RR reg. which wasn't even that fast - dsl was faster in my area - with sbc. so i'm in a jam here).
