AOL Screen Names Problem

I hope I have the correct place to be asking this question. I have recently dropped AOL as my ISP provider but did switch to "AOL Free" to continue using some of its services -- I like its mail system. Unfortunately, when you switch to "AOL Free", they will not even say hello to you anymore.

I am having problems with deleting and creating screen names. When I go to Settings/Screen Names or Keyword NAMES, none of my secondary screen names are listed. I have 5 other screen names and want to delete a few of them so this stops me from being able to delete them. Also, this is the point where you create new screen names and when I attempt this a Age Verificatiion Screen appears that requests that I enter a Credit Card number (they say they will temporarly charge $1 just to make sure I am of age -- this seems a little improper).

Is this really the AOL procedure for creating new screen now and how can I delete screen names?

Never mind I figured it out - believe ot not I actually was able to contact a AOL rep to help and all is okay now.
