Am looking for an app that will tell me what comm port(s) is/are being used by what programs to access the web.
Reason: I use a wireless connection that blocks or throttles some ports, yet allows others to run freely. I can attain MUCH higher speeds doing work such as updates than I can using my P2P program - I'd like to reset the P2P to run on an open port...........
    Ideas?

    Blessings,

netstat -o then use task manager to link pids to the owner program, no need to download nothing.
