    Follow instructions in this link http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=208809 then repost into malware thread with required logs, if theres anything you get stuck on, either ask or just continue missing that bit out, then be patient !

    Sorry, but this doesn't sound like a malware issue. Have you tried reinstalling Win Word? Have you tried clicking on help in Word and clicking detect and repair?
