Apple support sucks.....

Ok, i need to ask Apple a question about my ipod and iTunes... I couldnt find what I was looking for ANYWHERE on their site. Does ANYONE know where i can EMAIL Apples Tech support?

Not a RMA or Service email.

Not a Customer support email...

A TECH support email.

All i can find is a phone number thats for order tracking only.. i dont even want to CALL the people at apple i hate them so much. (i just like my ipod).

 

Companies like this make it very hard to directly email them, the best I could find for you was this site - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

If you scroll to the bottom, there's discussions for itunes and ipods...

 

Knowing Apple, if there is a support contact, you will have to pay for it and at Apple's usual exorbitant rates.

 

I found some troubleshooting info under online tech support but still no email to contact them directly.
