   ok now when i try opening msn it does a error.
   
   Msn 7.0 - This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reistalling the application may fix this prob.
   
   any ideas how to fix this?.

   is this MSN Explorer ( the browser ) or MSN Messenger?
   
   
   But in any case, what the error message is telling you is to download the application again and always worth getting the latest version, then uninstall the old one via Add/Remove and then install the newly downloaded one.
   
   If the same error appears then post again, with any error messages that may popup?
   
   
   Plus which Windows version you using?
