application error 0xc00000005

Hello

I got 'application error 0xc00000005 click okay to terminate application' appearing any time when I try to download any programme from online. Even with MSN.

not sure wether its a bug?

Anyone heard of what might be causing this.
it would be great if you could get back to me, this is very annoying...

If you have the Google Toolbar installed, uninstall it and see if it solves the problem.
