Application Error

A lot of times lately, whether I have an internet browser open, an application error pops up. It does not effect anything, it's just really annoying and won't go away no matter how many times I press okay. I've tried opening the task list to find it, and have closed it, but it comes back. It reads:

Click on OK to terminate the program
