Application Error

    I am unable to install my printer drivers or download thme online. I went to print something last week and I got an Application Error as follows:

    instruction at "0x01601436" referenced memory at "0x0178000". The memory could not be "read".

    I have been researching this type of error and nobody has a solution for fixing it. I thought if I reinstalled XP, that that could help. But, in my research many people stated that the problem was still there.

    I have seen numerous errors after that, which I am sure they all come from the same thing.

    Please help. I am disabled.
