Application Launcher - Unable to load configuration

This message keeps popping up at start-up, but I don't know what it's on about, is there any way I can find out?
I don't know how to get rid of it :/

 

You have a broken application in the start up menu that needs to be fixed.
You most likely uninstalled a program but the start up list still sends the machine to look for it...hence the error.
Without knowing much about your skill/comfort levels I would suggest checking out CCleaner

You can manipulate the start up menu with this program plus it will keep it humming along nicely.

Caution +++ Only disable one start up item at a time then reboot each time till you find the offending program otherwise you can really mess up your pc in a hurry+++

Thanks, it is taking allot of patience though =/ Is there any items I definitely don't need to disable?
