Apps For Win10

I have a 2. in 1. Tablet that Runs Win10.

I went to my MS Store to get the Tunein Radio App.

I type it in and it found it.

I then Click on the one I want.

Then I click Install.

But I wanted to ask before I click Install a little bit down the Screen to the says available for PC and Moble.

Now you can not click this so what is this telling me?
This is an App so what does it mean it is available for PC and Moble?

Well in Win10 you can only creat Shortcuts to Programs and put them on the DeskTop.
But the Apps in Win10 you can only Pin the ShortCuts to TaskBar or Start Menu.

So when I installed the Tunein Radio App I know I can only Pin it to my TasBar or Start Menu.
So this tells me it is only an App.

But as I donloaded it on the screen because it told me it is for PC and Moble Device I thought it was telling me it was a DeskTop Program?

So am I right everything in the MS Store is just going to be an App?

 

I dragged and dropped it from the menu to the desktop as a shortcut.
