My Sister does a lot of walking and I was going to get her a new Step Counter but she has an iPhone.

And when you look at Photos on it if you turn the Phone or Tilt it the Photo rotats and Ajusts so you can see it.

So the Phone can sance movement so I was thinking do the have a Step Counter App??

Thank you this seems to do everything and it will even count your Steps.
But will it tell you how far you walked in Miles or do you have to convert it?

Well I thought an App. would be nice if it could tell how Far you whent and not in Steps.

Again, you are going to have to either have the person with the ipod/iphone try it out, or go to their app page information on the link. The only one that I know that is any good, is the Nike pendant.

 

And one more App. for me I have the Rnova 2G 10 Tablet and it runs Androide Gingerbread.

Now when I go to the website http://www.4bc.com.au/ I can click the Tab under the list of all the Talk show hosts that says Listen Live.

And a window opens that says pick how you wasnt to listen.

And I pick Listen Live and it plays Live throught my Brower.

But on my Tablet it just hangs there and does nothing.

So I whent to there support page and got confused itsays.

I would say incompatible website with mobile browsers.

 

I have the G2. 10 inch Arnova Tablet and it came with a lot of thing pre installed.

Like the Dailey New and other Magazines I do not want or need.
A lot of games and so on and you can only un install anything you download to it.

But they did tell me there is a way but they can't help with it and they told me to ask in a Forum LOL.

So I am asking is there an App. for un installing pre installed programs on Tablets or is there a way by me connecting it to my computer and going into the Root?

If you can't get your media player working "Try updating it first" then search for one of those that supports wma and android.

Dunno how to remove files in android I've never owned anything android:-D

 

You will most likely need root access to remove some of those preinstalled apps.
Here's a site that specializes in Archos products. I have an Archos 80 G9 and have gotten some answers there. They will be able to answer your questions about root access.

No, I'm afraid I don't have any answers that would help you in that respect. I've haven't rooted mine because it will void the warranty and since yours uses Froyo, it would be a different process anyway.

I'm not sure why you can't register there. Perhaps their confirmation email is getting caught in your spam filter.

 

I need some help with how mutch Memory is realy good for Tablets and Apps?

My Tanlet has 4. GB of internale Memory and I just put AngreyBirds and a Flash and Video Player and I am way down on free space.

Now they have ones with 8. GB and 16 GB I know you go for the 16 GB if you can but is 8. OK or how mutch do you realy need?

I do not know how mutch E Books take up and Games and things.

 

Mine has 8GB but I also have a 16GB microSD card for the music, books and whatnot. This allows me to reserve the internal memory for apps. I believe that apps2SD will work on your tablet, allowing you to move certain apps like Angry Birds to an external card to free up space. It is available in the Android market.

If you download a bunch, it will. Make sure you remove any you don't use and that will help a lot. Get as large an SD/microSD card as you can afford to store files like pictures, music, videos, etc.

 

Yes I was going to get an 8. GB Internale Tablet and my Micro SD Card is 16 GB. And I was going to keep everything on the Card and use the Tablets memory just for Apps.

But I know my 4. GB Tablet got fillit fast and I did not know if 8. GB Tablet would be that mutch better?

I do not load it up with Games I just get say a Player and maybe one Game but I wanted to know how your 8. GB Tablet works out for you?

I have 65 total. I'm left with 5 out of 6.6GB of internal storage available for my use. There is 1.4GB left over which must be protected, hidden storage, maybe where the OS and apps are installed.

I remove any app I don't use and check afterwards for any folders it may have left behind and delete those too.
