ArcSoft DVD burning probs

Hello, I use Arc Soft Showbiz to burn mpg and avi files to a recordable dvdrw, and ive aleady burn about 15 or 20 dvd's till i ran out, so i went and picked up some fuji film dvdrw from best buy and came home to burn a music dvd for good ol dad and i get this error " There is no media in the recording device, please insert media" i have the same media that i imported and burned before in the program, i also imported som again to make sure. could this be a driver problem or something diff? im using a 3.00e GHz pentium 4 plenty of ram ,, any help would be good help, Thanks =)
