Arcsoft Showbiz 2 Temporary Folder PROBLEM

Hello, folks...I am trying to make a DVD of a trip I just went on, and have it all created and ready to write in Arcsoft Showbiz 2...when I click "write", it begins step 1 of 6, and then an error message comes up saying:

"There may not be enough free space on the drive; please select a drive with more space in the Temporary Folder dialog under Options."

Any ideas? I have messed around and set the temporary folder within the program from everything to my Desktop to the entire freakin' C: drive, and I get the same message...any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

I went here http://www.arcsoft.com/products/showbiz/
and looked through the FAQs and did not see a message like you are seeing.

I did read at one site that you have to burn in Advanced mode rather than Basic because the person said, basic just refuses to do anything.

You may want to see if your burner is compatible

and if it is, then go to the arcsoft site and click on the support link at the top and either phone or email them.

Thanks...I know my burner is compatible, because the software came bundled with it (HP LightScribe DVDRW) when I had it installed...I will consider the phone support, but they charge $9.95, which I find ridiculous, and aren't open on the weekends, which is equally discouraging...but I will try the Advanced Mode, thanks! I appreciate your response, this has been rather frustrating.
