are Dump.tmp and Set.tmp files needed?

    ...in Windows?...running XPsp2. I opened them in Notepad...seems like they can go.

    What does .tmp stand for? Temporary files.

    I say, get rid of them.

    my thinking too...I suppose CCleaner ignores them or isnt programmed to remove them from Windows. Thanks.
