Are the natural style keyboards any good?

I've been thinking about getting one. What are some people's opinions on them?

 

comfy if you ever get used to it.

 

i think they're kind of awkward myself ... although ive never used one for an extended period of time ... i like logitech elite ketboard just fine

 

Well actually they have been proven to release more stress thant he standard keyboard.

For example. put your hands on your keyboard like your going to type. Notice how your arms are bent inward? well, this will help keep your wrists and arms straight. So you won't have to bend them. so actually, we all have to adjust to the regular keyboards, whereas this design I dont think it would be as much adjusting. I've tried one for like 2 seconds once, and I really liked it. But I'm not sure if they help over an extended period of time.

 

i would think i could get used to it ... but you would have to know how to touch type very well ... and I can do it ... just not that great ... about 30 wpm or so (60 if i dont pay attention to spelling errors)

 

I used to use a natural keyboard at home, got used to it, liked it, but it made it feel weird to type on a regular keyboard once you do get used to one-witch in hindsight wasn't such a good thing since most computers will not have natural keyboards- so I switched back, to make myself more compatable-

But I can't seem to find a place that shows the dimensions for it. And that would be a helpful fact to know because I dont want to order something if it doesnt' fit on my keyboard tray. So does anyone perhaps know of a site that has the dimensions, or if someone that has it can whip out a tape measure real quick and do the measurements for me?

 

Hate them and find them terrible for games where you need to use numbers etc. But that's just me.
