I was told we are supposed to see Jupiter tonight.

Is this true? When does it happen?

Jupiter is usually in the sky at night. I like to get out and look at the planets now and then. Look at Jupiter with some fair binoculars and you can see its moons, 4 or 5 of them.

Just follow the imaginary line between east and west, with the arc leaning south in Texas, and look for the bright stars that don't twinkle.
