Nope Rikky, they would need a picture card and proof of residency for the past 180 days. No one will see or treat you without cash these days without a card. New York Haitians used to come up here on chartered buses and rented picless cards from Haitians who lived here. This is no longer possible. :mad ^.^

 

Well that seems only fair,we are getting hit hard by health tourists ATM,I'm all for everyone having access to free medical care but not the whole world,if someone needs an operation while they are on 'holiday' here as far as I know they are given it,no proof of residency or 180 days.

 

There's a thing called medical insurance. Even going from province to province one needs insurance as costs are different. It's not expensive but one is better off paying it.
