Arrg!!Windows Folder Security!

I am about to install a new os and i know i will get into problems like always when you install a new os with the windows security on folders ownership.

Now my question is is there a efficient program that works genially that takes back the ownership of all folders with almost no effort(like clicking scan on a virus program)? I have yet to find one and this nuisance can be such a time waster to deal with manually.

Just to set your mind at rest, by spamming that I referred to in another thread, I meant people posting adverts and junk that had nothing to do with the thread they posted in. If you need to ask 6 questions, that's okay. As long as you don't post the same question more than once in different places or post adverts or nonsense, you're safe!
