   Often times I"d like to place red arrows to point to an object in, for example, a jpeg photo. Cannot locate that option in Photoshop. What software is out there to be able to accomplish this?

   MS Paint or Paint.net you can do it with by using the line tool, with Photoshop there is most likely a brush/pattern tool for arrows BUT will have to properly answer that when I get home as this works PC doesnt have it installed on for me to be 100% sure.

   Photoshop for one!!
   
   Select the line tool. When the new tool bar appears at the top of the screen look for the small dropdown arrow next to the custom shape tool. Here you will find the options for arrows.
