Ashampoo Burning Studio 2009 9.04

The one downloaded from Major Geeks appears to be the trial version of
Ashampoo Burning Studio 9.04 you only get "30 days" with registration.

This one is around 57 Mb...

I think the free one was only about 17 Mb.

Is the free one gone ??

What I may suggest, unless you're already used to Ashampoo Burning Studio, is give CDBurnerXp a try:

Freeware , Been using it for the last year, and haven't found an issue yet.

 

The AShampoo 2009 is indeed free. You must register with AShampoo using a valid email address. They will then email you a reg code. Then you'd launch the burning program and enter the code in the appropriate place (IIRC it will prompt you upon launch). That's it! I use it regularly and it's my favorite free burning program for general burning tasks (for images, ImgBurn is the way to go).
