   zapp Staff Sergeant

   another one of those 'trick' uninstallers that does nothing much.
   I really want to rid this project of the ask.com bloatware that rode in on an old Support.com marketware devil courtesy of Dell.
   I ran the uninstall from the usual place - Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs, but all the junk remained unfazed.
   
   anyone know of a utility out there that can do this in a good way, or am I going to have to hack away at the registry?
