Asp???

What exactly can i do with this website? It says i can create web pages, but i dont know any ASP. I think that is the language?

Can i do more then upload files? In the facts, they say they want sites that will actually be used, not just a picture store house. Does any one know a place that has a good starting guide to ASP? I have read it is simular to VB.

1asphost.com you can do more than asp but it says that it can have server side code. So like you can have pictures and html pages on there as well if you dont know asp.
