Astro Mixamp stopped working? (>_<)

I'm using a pair of Plantronics headphones, which work fine when connected directly to my computers USB ports. But when connected to the Astro Mixamp that I have (It's Wireless via USB), they have no sound. I've tried setting everything to EVERYTH?ING in my sound mixer, playback device menu, etc... I've checked my balance, levels, sound quality... everything. I've restarted, unplugged and re-plugged, and a myriad of other things, and they just do not work. The Mixamp is less than a month old, and I've done nothing to tax it in an overbearing way, short of playing Crysis 2 and Call of duty.
What could the issue be? I've checked everything I know and it was working fine until just one hour ago....

Usually with wireless devices they have a synchronise button or procedure,two little reset type buttons that sync the radio signal.

Check your manual for this procedure,probably in the troubleshooting section.

Post a link to the support page of your headphones and the exact name and model number if you can find it.

The re-synch has been tried of course.
Any other ideas, cause we're stumped
The computer is sending signals to the device, but it stopped functioning for some godawful reason. It's been sitting on a desk safely, has not been dropped, nudged, or spilled on... so is it possible it's broken, with it being so new?

And it's connected via TOS link, not USB, by the way.
