Asus a8n-sli chipset fan stopped

    hi,

    the chipset fan for my mobo was makin some noises for a while and now it completely stopped. Would it be possible to fix this??

    should just be a screw in fan buddy. go buy a new one (prob about $4) you can always try running it without the fan (if the heatsink is a reasonable size) & just check the temperature after putting some load on the computer.
    if its still a reasonable temp, then id just leave the fan off.
    chipset fans are usually cheap and nasty.
