Asus Ati Radeon Eax1300pro

Hi,

im trying to overclock my graphics card,


on the graphics card box it says
"ASUS ATI RADEON EAX1300PRO PCI Express 256MB DDR2"
(what ever that means lol) confused


i know nothing about overclocking


my friend said i should overclock it a little bit, as they always make the cards possible to do more.


he sent me this link but i dont even know were to start. rolleyes

how much should i overclock it?

and how do i know what the temperature is of it?
what temp should i make it no more than?


hmm just ran that program, it crashed on "find max core" said something about display driver 300 failed then froze the computer

EEP, rebooted but doesnt like "find max core" testing, any ideas?

I dont have much experiance with Ati & none with your VC
I'd suggest starting slow, try mild OC, A little & see attitude is best
I wouldnt expect much performance gain, but who knows?
If you get too Hot or OC too far you'll get artifacts & experiance other problems
