Asus m2R32-MVP motherboard temps

Hello, I have Asus m2r32-mvp mobo,amd 6000 x2 3ghz,2gb Ram Ocz, CPU temp is fine never more than 45, but motherbaord is at 46 degrees celsius at rest-I've checked this in Bios too. The CPU does read a higher temp. in bios but nothing dangerous. I cant find any information on recommended mobo temps, and I cant fill in the form on the Asus website because I dont know my spec in such detail.
Any advice would be great, I only have space for the one extractor fan and my graphics card is a radeon something with heat sink/passive cooling so I suspect the temp may be too high-PCProbe says it is as the warning comes on at 45 degrees c.
