asus p4p800-vm

Hi.
I bought this MB few weeks ago and had trouble like bios couldn't save any setting. So I returned it. Seller put completely new memory into MB and sent it back to me. This trouble seem to be fixed, but I'm not totally sure, something is not quite right. Everest ultimate edition v4.20.1233 beta hangs when I try to get summary. Everest home edition 2.00.335 reboots pc on startup. There are few more annoying bugs, errors etc. I won't believe it is WinXP fault, cause I've installed this 'distribution' on hundreds of PCs, including my previous one and it was flying and is flying on asus' notebooks, on intel, on amd.
If anyone has any notion on what can be wrong with this one, please share.
