Asus Probe Ii Problem

I'm new to this forum but I'm having a problem and wondered if any of you had it before? I already checked FAQ's and found no data. I now own a new ASUS P5nd2-sli MoBO and everything transferred and loaded just fine from old AMD Athalon 1.58 processor. EXCEPT ASUS's MoBo utilities Probe II and AI Booster. I'd like to load these as they monitor heat and "body functions" in realtime. I keep getting the same error message when I try to load them...IO driver failed. Any one have any suggestions on what to do to alleviate this "show stopping" event and allow these two Mobo utilities to load? Using the P5ND2-SLI and Corsair 4 Latency memory (1Gb total) Win XP Pro SP-2 with a Pentium D 830. ASUS Bios is 0501 12/05 version.
All works well except these two utilities refuse to load because of some driver no-load progblem. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
