.asx Windows Media Player 10

On my old Win 98 computer, I could play a streaming .ax video online (such as one of the archived on http://interactive.creflodollarministries.org/broadcasts/dailyarchives.asp) and fast forward to a later portion of the video with the slide bar at the bottom. Now on new computer, Win XP, Win Media Player 10, does not work. Any ideas?

What happens is I play the video, then slide the bar over to fast forward, and the video starts over from the beginning with a frozen image where it should have forwarded to. This happens with Win Media Player and Real Player. I have tried turning off the http options in proxy. This does not happen with .wmv, just .asx

 

I had someone try on their computer, and they can fast forward. Any ideas?

My current theory on this is that it is an issue with Win Media Player 10. My neighbor can fast forward with the bar at the bottom, but he has version 9, oddly enough on XP. Please help. Can anyone else with Version 10 fast forward on playback of any of the .asx videos on the following site:
http://interactive.creflodollarministries.org/broadcasts/dailyarchives.asp

i have version 10, i skipped to the middle and it froze up on that spot... i tried to pause a press play but it was just stuck. gotta watch the whole thing i guess
