At my wit's end.

Hello:
My name is Phyllis and I run a website. (which is currently on hold bc of the problems I'm having with some software) So you can imagine how desperate I am.

Anyway, after requesting help on various message boards for the products causing me problems, and getting no answers, I have turned you all. LOL I am currently searching around this site hoping y'all have the answers others don't.

Thanks so much both of you. I feel at least a little more hopeful. I know it's thanksgiving (happy holidays in the US), but these issues have been putting my updating on hold for several days, and every morning I hope this is the day I can finally get some work done again. rofl . . .
