Atempted to tweek overclocking in bios, now stuff doesn't work.

Ok here's whats up. I went into my bios to over clock my cpu. Theirs an option to over clock by 10% 30% ect. Well I tried 30% and I got the over clocking error press f1 to go to setup, press f2 to load with defaults. So I go back to my bios and change everything back to normal, but now I still get the error! When I reset the screen is blank, the only way to get something is to do a hard reset by holding down my power button and turning it back on. My hard drives that are set up as a raid volume didn't work, but after updating my bios I got those to work again. Now the only problem I have is the Over clocking error, keep in mind i'm not over clocking. I also reseted the CMOS by switching the jumper and taking out the battery. I still get the same error and the same blank screen upon restarts. Another problem I experienced but fixed is the bios wouldn't remember to set my Hard drives as a RAID volume. I would have to switch it in the BIOS over and over. I fixed this when I reseted the CMOS. Another thing is once I got my hard drives back to working, I had to activate windows again for some reason.
Sorry if this is confusing, im just listing the symptoms as they come to my head.

Asus P4C800-e deluxe
Intel Pentium 4 3.4ghz Extreme edition
4x 512 corsair memory sticks
Enermax ATX 12V ver. 1.2
Geforce 6800 Ultra
Sorry I don't know my exact hard drive model. All I know is I got 2 hard drives set up as a RAID volume.
*UPDATE* Nevermind I still have to go into the BIOS and set my Hard drives as RAID VOLUME each time I start my computer.
