Atheros Wifi card for laptop

I have a laptop which is an acer aspire one 532h

It came with an atheros ar5b95 wifi card

The issue with this wifi card is its garbage, it loses connection frequently and cant hold a stable web chat for more than 15 minutes.

It just loses signal on and off frequently so i was just wondering what other wifi card i can put in my laptop which would work?

 

Does it have a usb port? Try a usb dongle ? If you know someone who has one try it to see if it's better. Some with a smaller profile may not poke out to far to be a obstacle.

 

It does have usb ports

But i use those ports for other hardware, besides i don't want something sticking out when i could possibly just replace the wifi card.

I suppose i could try nano wifi usb adapters, but i have terrible experience with those. I have usb wifi adapters but i don't like using those for laptops i rather use a wifi card
