athlon 64 3000+ vcore

i have the processor station above. i have cool and quite enabled in bios, vcore temp auto, and the vcore is at 1.09v on core center 200mhz x 5 running at 1000mhz. dont know if this is right or not, am i suppose to set the vcore maually or not. on the left the vcore is in red dont know what that means or if that helps, if any info pleast let me know thanks.

First Off I know little of your PC/CPU
The red dot might be indication of incorrect setting, Looking around on web I think the min is 1.1v at 1000Mhz
