ati 8mb support?

    I bought my Lappy used and dont have manuel. My question is can this video card support in comming video, if so what kind of cables, software do I need. The plugs I have are s video, and I think its called vga.
    I'm trying to download some old vhs movies.

    Duh, I've gotten use to you guys...It's a Dell Inspiron 4000, upgraded to 1gb processor, 512 ram and Ati video card.
