ATI 9.1 and Win XP problems?

I am unable to install these drivers.
I keep getting the message that the drivers were designed for "an older operating system" and no video driver is loaded.
I have downloaded from MG here and Guru3d with the same results.

Any others having trouble?

I don't have an ATI video card, so I can't test 'em, but I did notice the driver file is 37.4mb at the ATI site, but only 36.4mb at MG....

 

I got it to work.
ATI registry entry would not delete with the uninstall. Wise Registry cleaner showed it as invalid and I removed it in Safe Mode.

Strange error reporting for what was wrong.
