ATI and dual displays

Ive set up my 9800 Pro (catalyst 4.1 drivers), with dual monitors.
The problem Im having is, I cant figure out how to extend my taskbar to the second monitor (they are horizontally spanned).
Does anyone know what I have to do in order to span my taskbar, is it an ATI option, or a windows option. With my FX5900, it automatically spanned the taskbar (I prefer nview over ATI's solution for adjusting my display properties, but, I have no choice now, what with the FX5900 being a big expensive paperweight...)

 

the taskbar will only be on one display, unless you are duplicating your desktop across two monitors.

Edit: at least with the windows software.

Well, that did expand my taskbar, but, it wont move the tasks to the far right monitor, not really what I wanted.....
And I got hydravision, which also wont expand the taskbar.
Im beginning to think Ill just have to live with it, ill probably get used to it, but, Ill miss nview
