ati and MOM.Implementation error

this is what i get at windows start
"Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation, Version=2.0.2783.40314, Culture=neutral, Publickeytoken= 90ba9c70f84672e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
this happened after installing updated driver suit, it has something to do with the ati control panel. games work, drivers work
also i just reinstalled windows, and ive done this before with no problems :confused

direct x9.0c
sp2
netframework and all windows updates

 

fixed; removed drivers, ran ccleaner, rebooted, ran ccleaner again, rebooted, ran ati driver exe. note , i think ccleaner was the trick here, as some drivers may have been still there, or something to that affect.
