ATI Radeon HD 3650 Driver Update's *HELP ME*

I have alot of video card issues, so i need help finding the proper updates for my graphics card *ATI RADEON HD MOBILITY 3650* Please, no client's such as driverupdater, driver detective. I just need the updates and a tutorial on how to update them, im a huge gamer and this is getting in my way with some of the oldest games even.
