Ati Radeon HD 4350 Help control center HELP!!!

    :confusedHi. Have read through forums. Got the control center to install. Click to launch. Control center will not launch. I am using windows vista. Have taken steps to clean out old stuff. Help! I am at wits end. I want to ajust settings, graphics for they are not as crisp as I wuld like. Thank you much.
