ATI X700 256mb PCI-E or ATI X1600 Pro PCI-E?

Okie I know there are alot better cards out there but I was wonder if the x1600 pro is better then the x700? i got a x1600 pro 256mb pci-e for 41 bucks (new in the box) and need to know if i am gonna resell it or replace my x700 256mb (non-pro) card with it
