ATI x700 Pro Clock Speed Question

Greetings learned ones.

I have the card stated in the title. I was wondering about the default clock speeds. RAD Linker has two speed settings. One is "core" and the other is "memory." I was wondering what the default clock speed is. As far as I can tell. the core clock defaul speed is 420 mhz. Now, for the second slider, the memory, is that defualt speed 420 mhz as well? I read an article here http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=1695&page=2 that states the memory speed is 864 mhz. Is that correct? I don't think I remember defualt memory speed being that high.
