ATI X700 problem

    i recently reinstalled my windows xp. everything works except after i installed the video card driver(x700 from the official site. before that driver it was vga driver from windows xp). after that, when i start up my computer, the xp bar would roll for a while than the screen is black and the computer restarts. i can go into the system under safe mode. what is the problem.?

    sounds like a driver conflict some were
    just to get a good base line try and unistall the official ATI driver (using the ATI uninstall option found in the driver package) and try An Omega driver and see if the same thing happens

    You'll need to install the correct chipset driver before Windows will identify and install the graphics card correctly.

    i installed all chipset software and uninstalled ati official. i reinstalled omega and same thing happened blue screen 0x0000007f
