Attn Administrator re Unresolved Problem

I have a thread going that still needs some help, if its at all possible. Can you help me in some manner and then delete this thread?

Just bump the other thread. Its easier than creating a new thread. If a post goes unread for say, a week or so, and u still have a quetsion, just reply to it, and type in 'bump' or something like that, that will make it appear at the top of the list of threads again.

 

Thanks for the tip. But, I think it should also be moved to the "Spyware" thread. Can you do that for me?
