attrib.exe causing a problem?

Ok, this is my first time posting here...so sorry if this is a stupid question, BUT

Recently I've just been getting a SLEW of pop-ups here and there, I've ran Ad-aware, no results, Spybot, no results, Spyhunter, no results, and McAfee Security Center, which luckily picked up 2 files, one from an Incredifind folder in my comp, and something similar to.. Sun Java. So I delete both, and still get pop-ups. This has been going on for about a week and I keep thinking of tracing this to the process titled "attrib.exe" in my Ctrl+Alt+Delete window. I'm not certain, but I believe this might be causing this pop-ups.

My specs are:
Windows XP
P4 Processor @ 3 Gighz
Ati Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB
1024 MB RAM
120 Gig HD.

And...I really need to figure out what my sound card is..eghh..

So..any help?
