Audeio Driver

I have Audacity 2.0.5
I have Win7. 64Bit
I have the Blue Yeti USB Microphone.

I have a 32 Inch LCD TV as my Display for my Computer.
And it is connected with an HDMI Cable.

So I have no PC Speakers I have the PC Output the Sount through my TV Speakers.

When I am in Audacity I can pick my Sound Driver and I was useing MIME.
And for the Audio Ouput Device it would put Widows Sound Mapper and for my Picrophone it would put The Blue Yeti.

But if I pick Win WASAPI for my Audio Sound Driver it will change the Audio Output from Windows Sound Mapper to WXGA TV.

And it will change my Picrophone to WXGA TV.

And none of these can be changed.

So why can I not use the Win WASAPI Driver?
