Audigy2 card and audigy2 front panel issue

Hey what up guys I was hoping that some one could help me with a headache issue...I have a soundblaster audigy 2 sound card that works fine and the soundblaster audigy 2 front drive or panel whatever its called....I was wondering if some one knows why I cant seem to get the front headphones and Line2/Mic input to work The optical out light is on but no sound however I did install the KX software and drivers but I have know clue as how to get functionality to come out of the front panel...my rear Jack on the card works though...or if some one knows the orginal setup with creative drivers I would appreciate the help....I have searched and searched on the net but theres no solid help on my exact problem ...Thanx
