Audio Driver not working

My audio has topped working. I have checked drivers and everything is working properly my drivers are up to date. Tested the sound manually and it works but does not work if i am doing simple things as in watching videos and so on. Any suggestions?

if that does not fix your issue please Download the free, Speccy http://majorgeeks.com/Speccy_d6358.html then run Speccy and click File > Save as Text File, then attach the log as per instructions below (note: as Speccy also now lists more data it likely will have your Windows licence serial key also in the log, so look for Operating System and under that Serial Number and delete the code and Save the log)

Download, install, and run Everest Home Edition on this machine. Once it's finished loading and running, click the + sign next to;

Motherboard. Click on Chipset. Post the information listed after South Bridge exactly as it is listed. (example; South Bridge: Intel 82801GB ICH7)

Multimedia. Post the information listed under PCI / PnP Audio exactly as it is listed.
